How to book and pay

1.Send a requirement to us:E-mail toeasysanya@gmail.com or call Echo Liu at +86-13876790693 or Rachel Liu at +86-13976100191 , tell us your requirement and we will check all the information for your reference, and send you our offer within 24 hours.

2.Send confirmation to you :When our offer is confirmed by you, we will send you a confirmation with all detailed you need, and send you the options of payment, we have three options for payment, you can choose one of them, please check the three options as follows:

Payment option one:
Credit card payment, we accept major internation credit cards:Master, VISA, JCB, American Express, Diners.

Payment option two:
Guarantee by your credit card and Pay Cash upon arrival Sanya.(ATM is very popular now in Sanya Hainan Island. You could draw cash from your debit card or credit card. The daily amount you could draw is limited. If you wish to draw cash from your credit card in a bank office or get exchanges, a copy of your passport is a must.)

3.Issue the E-tickets and send hotel voucher :When we receive your payment or guarantee by your credit card, we will issue e-tickets for you and send hotel voucher with confirmation number to you, which you can check with the hotel.

4.Flights Check in:You can check in the flights by your passports at the airports, you do not need the tickets cause they are e-tickets.

5.Transfer from the airport to hotel: On the arrival day, our staff meet you at Sanya Airport or Haikou airport by holding a board with your name and our logo, and send you to the hotel by private car.

6.Hotel check in: We help you with hotel check in and prepare some useful information about Sanya, like Hainan Map, recommended restaurants and local tours attractions during your stay in Sanya.

7.Transfer from the hotel to the airport:On the departure day, we will pick you up at the lobby of your hotel, and send you to the airport by private car. Normally the departure time is 2 hours before your flight time.
